Chance has 15 years of commissioning, energy analysis and HVAC/plumbing design experience.  His background in commissioning has helped projects, totaling over 20 million square feet, receive LEED and AEGB ratings as well as meet energy code requirements for commercial office space, multi-family, restaurants, retail, higher education, and cleanroom projects.  He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering.
